Taking care of it [HAIR]

OUTER BEAUTY
Hair. It is a big thing. For most of us. Having long, thick hair takes some work though. Here are some ground rules:

Cut it more often
"The ends of long hair have been styled and colored so many times that they get dry and frizzy quickly." This I don´t tend to do, since I really want my hair to be long. Although I´ve recently started cutting it more often and it actually is a difference for the better.

Care for your scalp
"Massaging a serum that contains essential oils, such as avocado and coconut, into your roots a few times a week will "nourish the scalp, creating the right foundation for healthier, stronger hair with less breakage." Hmm...this I don´t do.

Cut it right
"The shape and layers keep thick hair from looking heavy on the bottom and add body to fine hair." Totally agree that the right cut makes a total difference. Identify your face shape and choose a proven cut for that shape. There are tons of tools online to decide from and try out.

Dry shampoo and dry conditioner
"Long hair is so heavy that it gets weighed down easily, and the dry shampoo will also add volume." I´m addicted to dry shampoo. One of the products that really works wonders every time. Coming up soon with a post about my favourite dry shampoo.
