DAY 17
Meditate. Take a class, buy a tape, ask a friend. Do at least 10 minutes every morning for the next 13 days.

[My tip; don´t over complicate this if you´re not into meditation. Take 10 minutes out for yourself when you just relax and try to listen to your inner self. This itself will recharge the batteries just being quite and still.]
