Loose, unfassy waves [HOW TO]

OUTER BEAUTY
This is a perfect hairstyle for the summer, the wavy hair. I found this technique on Refinery 29 where Sabrina Michals, director of styling education at Bumble & Bumble tells exactly how to achieve it:

"Start by braiding your hair into two plaits or more (depending on the length and thickness of your hair. Then spray the braids with Bumble and Bumble Does it all styling Spray. Right after that you take a flat iron to the braids and run it up and down the braid a couple of times. Let the braids cool off, then release the braids and you will have beautiful, loose, unfassy waves."

  1. Är flat iron plattång? Äger ingen sådan men måste tydligen investera i en.
Plaits?

Effortless liksom! kram Caroline

  2. Hi Caroline,

Heard about flat iron plaiting but because I've got very straight hair, I don't have a flat iron. So I use a small-barrelled curler to twist my hair around it. Not able to do it now though coz had a haircut. So can't wait for my hair to grow longer again :)

I love beach-wavy hair! May I suggest salt spray to add texture to the hair also? YOu can even use it to scrunch up your hair if you're not confident about handling salon tools :)

    Have a great Tuesday!
