DAY 25
Eat consciously. Stop counting calories and tune in to your hunger to determine if it's emotional or physical.

If you´re staying in on this Friday, treat yourself to some healthy snacks (although with calories) instead of the chips and candy. My favourite for the moment is roasted nuts in olive oil with Rosemary and some sea salt with a glass of red wine.
