    Must tell you, that this weekend I realized that I don't like some things that people say to me...and have been thinking what to do...now reading your 3 simple steps (like agent OSO from my son's cartoon) you hit the neil on the head! Yes, I have to improve and change my responses! Or even the ways I say things in the first place...Thanks, reading your blog I always enlighten my thoughs..to take to bed with me now...we have night time in Calgary...
