The happy girl [Gabrielle Bernstein]

INNER BEAUTY
Maybe you´ve already heard about her. Since this self-development guru preaching self-love for a happy and fulfilled life is everywhere, even blogging for ELLE, who says about Gabrielle Bernstein; "So long, Carrie Bradshaw—there’s a new role model for go-getting thirtysomethings. Gabrielle Bernstein is doling out inner peace and self-love for the postmodern spiritual set." I have read two of her books and really like them, as I find her both inspirational and entertaining. Gabrielle Bernstein has a background as a successful PR executive in NYC nightlife, a life not very similar of her life today. But that story is important to know to get her message.

She lived a seemingly high-flying life in New York, but not feeling well at all, always feeling something was missing and never fulfilled. This made her search for more, a lot more. Today she´s a bestselling author and regularly featured on Oprah's channel as one of the most inspirational persons for the future. Gabrielle Bernstein has an amazing website with free content and videos on topics like "how to know the difference between ego and intuition. Gabby (as she is also known to the public) is also a health campaigner, preaching acceptance of your body and incorporating physical activity in her methods.

Gabrielle Bernsteins body confidence secrets as told to ELLE where you can read more of them:

1. Looking hot is an inside job
2. Fall in love with your workout
3. Get psyched about your health

Not only is she a meditating Kundalini yoga instructor as well. She also loves fashion, seen wearing many of Camillas's fantastic kaftans."Putting on nice clothes makes you feel like you're being more self-loving. It's an expression of you internally and reflects your own self-respect. I really do have a lot of love and joy for fashion. You can be spiritual and still have fabulous shoes. It doesn't have to be one or the other." as told to Refinery29If you´re curious about reading more from Gabrielle Bernstein I highly recommend to start out with Spirit Junkie, that´s her most personal book which gives a good background and understanding. Then follow up with "May cause miracles".
